Childe Grangier lives between Canada and Switzerland & produces electronic and experimental music under the name of HAÏR, using architectures of hazard and chance, influenced by sound, images and daily noises… He has released music under the name of Hopen and Starting Teeth (with Nathan Johnson of Wagon Repair) on labels like Mental Groove, Automation, Disco R Dance, Arbouse, Creaked Records and worked and played with Philippe Petit, Christian Zanesi (GRM), Mira Calix, Consor, Fennesz, Nathan Fake, Scuba, Lena, Hrdvsion, Colin Johnco, Leila, Mochipet, Venetian Snares and Autechre amongst others.
